いつも「ポン酢の世界」をご覧いただきありがとうございます！
ポン酢に目覚めて20年。ポン評初めて早5年。
ポン酢好き、しゃぶしゃぶ好きが高じて『しゃぶしゃぶ』に合うポン酢の評価（ポン評）をやり始めました。
これまで多くの方々にこの「ポン評」を見ていただき、多くのご声援を頂戴し、ここまでやってくることができました。本当にありがとうございます！
最初の頃は、知り合いに声をかけて、草の根活動でこのポン酢サイトを広めて参りましたが、今や弊サイトへの訪問ユーザー様が1万人を超える月も出てきました。有難い話でございます。
ポン酢と日々向き合っているponzohでございますが、最終的に目指すところは、
『ポン酢を世界に広める』
でございます。とても壮大なビジョンですが、
『これだけ優秀な調味料はもっと世界に広まってよいはずだ！！』
という想いがあるので、その実現のために、これまで以上にポン酢の普及に力を入れて参る所存でございます！
ということで、まずはこちらの団体を発足。
『ポン酢を世界に広める会』
そのまんまの名称ですが（笑）、ponzohが会長に就任し、身近な仲間と共に活動を進めていきます。
ゆくゆくは、有志を集めて公の活動も視野に入れておりますので、楽しみにお待ちください！
ポン酢を世界に広める会の発足に先立ちまして、九州のある調味料メーカー様にも訪問して、「ponzohブランド」のポン酢製作についての市場調査も行ってまいりました。ついでに、地のものもしっかりいただきましたよ。
季楽はんのお肉のタレに使わているポン酢もめちゃ美味しかった！
なお、「世界」の方々にポン酢を知っていただく必要がございますので、弊サイトを英語でご覧いただけるように整備します。まずは英語ですが、需要があれば多言語にできればと思っております。
そして、現在は「ポン評」がベースのサイトですが、今後はポン酢にまつわる様々な情報を網羅的にご紹介していきたいと思っております！
例えば、ポン酢に関する書籍、原料に関すること、ポン酢の製造秘話、しゃぶしゃぶの深掘り等等。今だったら、流行りに乗っかってポン酢のNFTあたりもありなのかもしれないですねw
ということで、1人でもポン酢好きを増やすため、ポン酢の存在を世界に広められるように、発信を続けていきます！！

It has been 20 years since I first became aware of ponzu. It has been 5 years since I first started reviewing ponzu.
My love for Ponzu and Shabu-Shabu got the better of me, and I started to evaluate Ponzu that goes well with Shabu-Shabu.
Many people have viewed this “Ponzu Review” and we have received a lot of support from them, and we have been able to come this far. Thank you very much!
In the early days, we spread the word about this Ponzu site through grassroots activities by calling on our friends and acquaintances, but now we have more than 10,000 users visiting our site in some months. We are very thankful for that.
We at ponzoh are always dealing with Ponzu everyday, but our ultimate goal is to
『Spread Ponzu over the world.』
We are very proud of this. It is a very grand vision.
This is such an excellent seasoning, it deserves to be spread over the world!
We are determined to make this a reality, and we will put more effort than ever into promoting ponzu!
So, first of all, we launched this organization.
The 『Association for Spreading Ponzu over the World』.
The name is just what it sounds like(w), but PONZOH will assume the position of chairman and promote activities together with his close friends.
Eventually, we are considering gathering volunteers to take part in public activities, so please look forward to it!
Prior to the inauguration of the 『Association for Spreading Ponzu over the World』, we also visited a seasoning manufacturer in Kyushu to conduct market research on the production of “ponzoh-brand” ponzu. In addition, we also had some local delicacies.
The ponzu used in Kira’s meat sauce was delicious!
We need to let the “world” know about Ponzu, so we will make our website available in English. We will start with English, but if there is enough demand, we hope to make it multilingual.
And although the site is currently based on “Ponzu Review”, we would like to introduce a variety of information related to Ponzu in the future!
For example, books on ponzu, things related to ingredients, secret stories about ponzu production, in-depth look at shabu-shabu, and so on. If it were now, we might even be able to get in on the trend and have a ponzu NFT or something like that.
So, in order to increase the number of ponzu lovers, even just one, I will continue to send out messages so that we can spread ponzu’s existence over the world!
